This campaign helps OVDRA promote optometric vision therapy to the public, within the profession, and to the schools and colleges of optometry. It funds our August awareness month, Tour de Optometry, press releases, and social media.

Donations to the OVDRA General Fund will be used as needed to support OVDRA operations. Your donation will assist OVDRA in building its reserve fund and, when necessary, assuring OVDRA operations will continue. All monies donated as "In Memory" or "In Honor" will be submitted through the OVDRA General Fund.

Supports grants for research related to oculomotor, binocular vision, visual information processing and learning-related vision problems. Funds may support new or ongoing projects.

Supports travel for students and residents to the OVDRA Annual Meeting. Your donation shows dedication to the future of vision therapy and developmental optometry.

Developed to support optometric faculty or resident research in binocular vision and/or visual performance.

A $5000 grant is awarded annually to a 4th year student entering the vision therapy field. Presented at the Annual Meeting during the awards lunch.
