READ IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE MOVING FORWARD:

• Each registration must have a unique email. If you are registering more than one attendee, each attendee must have a unique email address. This requirement is crucial to guarantee that all individuals can access the meeting app.

• While registering, if you encounter any discrepancies or difficulties, please contact the International Office BEFORE finalizing. IF you finalize your registration incorrectly, and need a refund, you are subject to an administrative fee that will be deducted from your refunded amount.

• MEMBERS MUST BE SIGNED IN TO ACCESS YOUR EDUCATION BENEFIT.

Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be made in writing and will be accepted up until 5:00PM (Eastern), March 28, 2025. Cancellations made by this date will be refunded, minus a $100.00 Administration Fee. No refunds will be made after 5:00PM (Eastern) on March 28, 2025, and there will be no refunds for No-Shows.
• Annual Meeting registration cancellation refund deadlines remain in effect regardless of any situations that may arise during the attendees’ travel.
• Extra ticketed items are non-refundable. Meals can be donated to a student or resident.  

Passport and Visa issues are the complete responsibility of the attendee. Also, OVDRA does not reimburse for any expenses incurred during the application or renewal process for individual travel documents, or for any travel disruptions as a result of Passport or Visa problems.

Photo Consent

• Registration and attendance at the OVDRA Annual Meeting establishes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution of the registrant or attendees' image or voice in photographs, videos, electronic reproductions, and audio of events and education hosted by OVDRA and other third parties, including but not limited to the venue, the host city, and the host CVB.
