While registering, if you encounter any discrepancies or difficulties, please contact the International Office BEFORE finalizing. IF you finalize your registration incorrectly, and need a refund, you are subject to an administrative fee that will be deducted from your refunded amount.

MEMBERS MUST BE SIGNED IN TO ACCESS YOUR EDUCATION BENEFIT.

Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be made in writing and will be accepted up until 5:00PM (Eastern), Friday, March 20, 2026. Cancellations made by this date will be refunded, minus a $100.00 Administration Fee per person for each cancelled registration. No refunds will be made after 5:00PM (Eastern) on March 20, 2026, and there will be no refunds for No-Shows.
  
• Annual Meeting registration cancellation refund deadlines remain in effect regardless of any situations that may arise during the attendees’ travel.
  
• Extra ticketed items are non-refundable. Meals can be donated to a student or resident.  

Passport and Visa issues are the complete responsibility of the attendee. Also, OVDRA does not reimburse for any expenses incurred during the application or renewal process for individual travel documents, or for any travel disruptions as a result of Passport or Visa problems.
